What Payment Methods Are Available?

The payment methods are listed on the check-out page. They include Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), Paypal, Check, and Cash. Payments in check or cash will delay the shipping of the item until payment has been received.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless there are special instructions given at the time the order is placed. If you want your purchase to be delivered by a different carrier, please inform me in the special instructions box on the order page. I understand how fragile these items are and will use every means to unsure your item is delivered to you in perfect condition.

 

What Return Methods Are Available?

If an item needs to be returned for any reason, I prefer the USPS Priority Mail be used. However, the carrier you chose is up to you. If the item was damaged in the shipping to you, please contact me by email as soon as you receive the item and provide a picture of the damage. I will contact you about the return.

What is your Return Policy?

My return policy is very simple. When you have had the opportunity to see and examine the stained glass work you ordered, and find you are not completed satisfied, return the piece to me undamaged for a full refund of your purchased price. No questions asked, Period!

Do you do any Repair or Restoration Work?

I will be happy to repair any of the pieces I have created. But I do not do any repair or restoration work to other pieces. Repairs and restorations are something I am not able to do at this time. I can recommend a highly qualitied stained glass artist who has been doing teaching, repairs, and restorations for over twenty years. She does beautiful work, for a reasonable price.
